Nice doggie vs Bad dog in a dog eat dog world

Christie (real name) arrived at the Christmas party with her one week new, boyfriend at twenty minutes to twelve, even though they booked a room at the party venue since 11a.m. Unbelievable. Nice looking, athletic guy, ex-marine and every thing. Two weeks later she relates to us at lunch, that she wants to break up with this guy but she is afraid of him. They went to Cypress Gardens and the new boyfriend put his feet up on the back of the seat in front of them and threatened to beat up the guy whose seat it was because the guy asked him to put his feet down. Christie was embarrassed. Pretended that she was sick and might vomit from the heat and asked to be taken home. No more dates or loving for the marine. His protesting was beginning to scare her. At some point she tells her brother’s boss, who owns a lumber trucking company. The very next night, the brother’s boss shows up at the bowling alley. Over thirty bikers walk up to the concession stand and ignore the employees into silence. Everything stopped. The last biker calmly strolled up to the concession stand, took the mike and paiged the boyfriend to come to the stand. Everybody is silently nervous as the marine walked to the stand. The biker introduced himself as Christie’s brother’s boss, shook the marine’s hand for a too long time, and for a silent staring eternity, then spoke, still holding the marine in a handshake. “ I’m giving you a job. You are to make sure Christie stays healthy by every means possible. If she so much as catches a cold, I’ll be taking you to the doctor.” He put down the microphone, let go of Chistie’s boyfriend’s hand and the bikers slowly sauntered out, taking the silence with them. Christie came to work the next day with a big grin on her face. She said when she awoke and pulled back the window curtains, there was a U-haul truck in the condo parking lot and the boyfriend was packing stuff in as fast as he could by himself. The moral of the story: Always be nice
